| Guys, meron akong ginawa formula para ma-compute ang gear ratio ratio base sa gearing relations at wheel size and crank arm length. Hope this helps. | |

| what the pak?!!!!!
ito ang adik! gumawa pa ng sariling equation!
paano to ser? gamit ko now is 170mm arm, 18tffw, 12t cog? nabibigatan kasi ako sa 158mm x 18t x 12t... i used a longer arm for leverage.
ok kaya ang 170mm x 18t x 15t, sa mod???
it seems na ganun halos ang gamit nila joelou at jervy. | |

| teka ser. walang 19 na wheel. considered as 20 parin yun. 19 lang ang rims, pero dahil sa 2.5 ang gulong, pag may hangin na yun, ang outer diameter ay 20 na rin. 19 lang ang inner diameter ng tire para ma-compensate ang pagiging 2.5 nya and being 20 at the same time. | |

it seems na ganun halos ang gamit nila joelou at jervy. @ Dyani: * sa 170mm x 18t(front) x 15t (rear) x 20" = 1.793 (mukang masyadong magaan) * sa 170mm x 18t(front) x 12t (rear) x 20" = 2.241 (looks ideal, testingin natin bukas kung totoo yung nasa formula) * sa 158mm x 18t(front) x 12t (rear) x 20" = 2.411 (mabigat nga, kaya pala sumasakit likod ko tuwing ginagamit ko Monty ko, pwersado) | |

| Pero napansin ko lang, may mga iba pang factors na nakaka-apekto sa feel ng gearing tulad ng: 1. Chainstay length ( like, its easier to balance kung shorter ang CS) 2. length ng stem and height ng bars (mas madaling hatakin kung mataas ang bars) 3. length ng bike (hirap hatakin pag masyado mahaba ang wheel base) 4. height ng rider ( mas madali para sa matatangkad na riders gumamit ng ibat-ibang sizes ng trial bikes dahil madali nila maadjust yung balance point dahil nga mahahaba ang mga braso nila at binti) .....so ibig sabihin, riders preference pa rin ang gearing... | |

| Ni compute ko yung 170x18x16 ko panag equal lang pala sa 175x22x19 ko as in halos equal pero bakit parang ang luwag nung 18-16 ko? Baka nasanay na ako sa luwag hehe | |
