| What sort of adjustments would need to be made? What about a hybrid bike, you know, one of those bikes with medium width tires for cruising city streets?

| ---can a mtn bike be used as an indoor bike trainer?
ans. yes. there are attachments sold locally and on the internet that converts your everyday mountain bike to become an indoor trainer. and if you are a green person or just wanting to save money... there's a DIY bike trainer on the internet as well.
----adjustments?
either you shell out money or make one. regarding the bike? there are none. you'll just have to attach your bike to the mechanism.
----hybrid bikes?
yes, what about them? hehehe. they can also be used as one. even bmx's... lol | |
